L.A. WITCH Live at Levitation Fest 2018

Who is L.A. Witch?

L.A. Witch is an all female fronted band and we’re gonna acknowledge that fact first and foremost. Shout out to all the hard working women trying to make something of themselves. Secondly, the bands name hints at how magical their sound truly is. Whenever you give their live performance a listen in a minute, you’ll hear some 60’s rock influence mixed with a bit of western desert twang. L.A. Witch carries dark themes lyrically throughout their record that I personally enjoy with this genre of music. Their sound is dreamy and psychedelic with a dash of darkness.

Western Charm

The band recently debuted their first self titled album in September 2017 and have been touring the United States for the past two years. It seems as if  L.A. Witch is a relatively new band with a reminiscent sound of lets just say good music. They’re quickly enchanting a large following and I don’t see them slowing down any time soon.  This is a band you’ll have to experience live in my humble opinion. Luckily, I had the opportunity to catch them at Levitation Fest 2018 because it seems like this group is always on the move playing a sold out show. Give their live performance a listen and prepare to be charmed.

“Baby in Blue Jeans” Live Performance – L.A. WITCH

“Baby in Blue Jeans” Lyrics

Baby in blue jeans, I never thought I’d be so alive
Baby in blue jeans, I never thought I’d be so alive

I’ve seen your eyes, I’ve seen your fear, and you just might die
And now [?] I’ll just never see you cry

Baby in blue jeans, I never thought I’d be so alive
Baby in blue jeans, I never thought I’d be so alive

I’ve seen your eyes, I’ve seen your fear, and you just might die
And now [?] I’ll just never see you cry
